Does the self-service portal require app installation?

No. The ZenoHosp employee self-service portal works in any mobile browser — no app download required. Staff access it via a link shared by HR or via the WhatsApp notification.

Can staff apply for leave from the portal?

Yes. Staff select the leave dates, type, and reason from the portal. The request goes to the supervisor for approval via WhatsApp. The employee can track the approval status from the portal.

Are previous payslips accessible?

Yes. Staff can access and download payslips for all previous months from the self-service portal — not just the current month. Form 16 is also accessible at financial year-end.
