Onboarding a New Employee

When a new staff member joins the hospital, their profile must be created here. You'll need to capture their Personal Details, Emergency Contacts, and Statutory Information (PAN, Aadhaar, UAN for PF).

Once the profile is created, the system auto-generates an Employee ID, which is used across all other ZenoHosp modules (like assigning them as a surgeon in the OT Room or scheduling them in HMS).

Document Management

You can securely upload and store employee documents such as Medical Council Registration certificates for doctors, educational degrees, and signed employment contracts directly within their profile.

Offboarding & Full and Final (F&F)

When an employee resigns or is terminated, initiating the offboarding workflow here will freeze their access to the ZenoHosp system on their last working day and flag their profile for the Payroll team to process the F&F settlement.
