Why hospitals leave NuvertOS

Legacy Architecture

Complex and cluttered user interfaces mean new nurses and doctors require days of training just to learn basic data entry.

Siloed Billing

Lack of true real-time syncing between ward actions and patient folios leads to consistent revenue leakage on consumables.

Hidden Pricing

Customer support that takes days to respond to critical ticket escalations during peak hospital hours.

ZenoHosp vs NuvertOS: common questions

Is ZenoHosp cheaper than NuvertOS?

NuvertOS sells modules individually so hospitals can start small, and quotes per rollout. ZenoHosp publishes its rates rather than quoting on request, and prices per hospital location with no per-user fee. Current figures are on the pricing page. Worth comparing the two-year total rather than the entry price, since phased rollouts add modules over time.

Can we migrate our existing patient data?

Yes. Migration scope is agreed before the project starts — how many years of history, which modules, and in what format. We put that in writing because migration is the single most common cause of a delayed go-live, and a vague scope is how switching projects overrun.

How long does switching take?

A typical mid-size hospital goes live within 90 days, covering configuration, data migration, staff training and a supported cutover. The state of the data you are migrating moves this more than anything else, so we scope it first.

What should we test in the demo?

Order an IPD drug and watch whether it deducts from pharmacy stock by FEFO and lands on the patient's bill without anyone re-keying it. That single workflow tells you more about whether a system is genuinely integrated than any feature list will.

When is NuvertOS the better choice?

NuvertOS suits a hospital that wants to digitise one department at a time on a tight initial budget. If you genuinely cannot take a whole-hospital rollout this year, a phased approach is sensible. The thing to check is what the modules cost once they are all in, and how well they talk to each other at that point.
