Every consumable issued to a department is recorded in ZenoHosp — ward, OT, ICU, pharmacy, lab. Department heads see their own consumption. Finance allocates costs accurately. Over-consumption is identified and investigated before it becomes a budget overrun.
Each department submits an indent request in ZenoHosp specifying the items and quantities needed. The store manager reviews the request against available stock and consumption history. Approved indents are issued and the issuance is recorded against the requesting department.
Monthly consumption per department is visible in ZenoHosp — both in quantity and rupee value. ZenoHosp tracks average monthly consumption per department and flags deviations. If the ICU suddenly uses 40% more IV sets than usual, the system flags it for investigation.
Every issuance in ZenoHosp is valued at the purchase price (or weighted average). The Finance module receives department-wise consumable cost reports — actual cost of consumables used by each department per period. No estimation. No approximation.
"Before ZenoHosp, we had no idea which ward was consuming the most. Turns out Ward B was using 3x the IV sets of Ward A for the same patient count. We investigated and found a stocking practice issue."
Every capability — built for Indian hospital workflows.
Every issuance from the store is recorded against the requesting department. Whether it's a direct issuance or against an indent, the item, quantity, value, and department are all logged.
Yes. Each department head has access to their department's consumption dashboard — showing items consumed, quantities, and cost for any period they select.
ZenoHosp tracks average monthly consumption per department per item. When consumption in a given month significantly exceeds the average, an alert is generated for the store manager and department head.
