Every asset in your hospital — from the MRI to ward trolleys — registered in ZenoHosp with a barcode or RFID tag. Location tracked. Transfers recorded. Annual physical verification done by scanning, not counting on paper.
Each asset is registered in ZenoHosp with its details — category, make, model, serial number, purchase date, cost, and depreciation rate. A barcode or QR code label is printed and affixed. From that moment, the asset is tracked through every transfer, maintenance event, and verification.
When an asset moves between departments, the transfer is recorded in ZenoHosp — with the transferring department, receiving department, authoriser, and date. Both departments see the transfer in their asset list. Assets that haven't been scanned in their expected location for 30 days are flagged.
Annual physical verification is initiated in ZenoHosp as a verification cycle. Staff scan asset barcodes with a mobile device. ZenoHosp matches scanned assets against the register — found, not found, or new/unregistered. The discrepancy report is generated automatically.
"Our annual asset audit used to take 2 weeks with teams walking every floor with clipboards. Since ZenoHosp, we did the entire hospital with 3 people and mobile scanners in 2 days."
Every capability — built for Indian hospital workflows.
Each asset has a barcode or QR code label printed from ZenoHosp at registration. When the asset is transferred, scanned for verification, or maintained, the barcode is scanned to identify the asset. A mobile device camera can be used for scanning.
Transfers are recorded in ZenoHosp with the transferring department, receiving department, authoriser, and date. Both departments see the updated asset list immediately after the transfer is confirmed.
An asset manager initiates a verification cycle. Staff walk the hospital with mobile devices, scanning asset barcodes. ZenoHosp generates a real-time discrepancy report showing found, not found, and new unregistered assets.
