Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Your dashboard immediately surfaces the most critical operational metrics regarding physical assets:

Total Inventory: The sheer volume of registered physical assets (from stethoscopes and beds to MRI machines).
Medical Equipment: A specific count of clinically relevant assets, separating them from IT hardware or general furniture.
Warranty Active: Highlights how many machines are currently protected under their manufacturer's warranty or an active AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract).
In Maintenance: A critical metric showing exactly how many assets are currently out of order or undergoing scheduled repairs, which impacts clinical capacity.
