Tracking Movement

Medical equipment like wheelchairs, IV stands, and portable ultrasounds move frequently between departments.

When an asset is reassigned from one room to another via the Room Allocation tool, the system automatically writes an entry to the Transfer Log.

• Source & Destination: Shows exactly where the asset came from and where it was moved to.
• Timestamp: The exact date and time the transfer occurred.
• Authorized By: The specific logged-in user who executed the transfer, ensuring accountability for misplaced equipment.
