Real-Time Balances

The dashboard provides a real-time snapshot of your hospital's liquidity:

• Total Balance: The aggregated sum across all your configured accounts (both digital and physical cash).
• Physical Cash Drawers: E.g., Pharmacy Cash (POS cash collected at the pharmacy counter) and Billing Cash (cash collected at the main OPD/IPD reception).
• Bank Accounts: E.g., IDFC First Bank or HDFC. These reflect your actual corporate checking/current accounts.

Cash Flow Overview

The interactive Credits (IN) vs Expenses (OUT) chart provides a visual representation of your daily financial health over the last 30 days. Spikes in the green line indicate high-revenue days (e.g., bulk IPD discharges), while spikes in the red line indicate heavy expense days (e.g., payroll or vendor settlement days).
