Goal Setting (KRAs & KPIs)

At the start of the financial year, managers can assign Key Result Areas (KRAs) to their team members. For clinical staff, these might include patient satisfaction scores or reduced turnaround times. For administrative staff, it could involve billing accuracy.

Appraisal Cycles

HR can configure custom appraisal cycles (Annual, Semi-Annual, or Probation Reviews). The standard workflow involves:

  1. Self-Appraisal: The employee rates their own performance and provides justifications.
  2. Manager Review: The reporting manager reviews the self-appraisal, provides their own rating, and suggests a salary hike percentage.
  3. HR Normalization: HR reviews all ratings across departments to ensure fairness and adherence to the budget.

Continuous Feedback

Beyond annual reviews, the system supports a continuous feedback loop where peers and managers can leave qualitative notes on an employee's profile throughout the year.
