Attendance & Biometrics

The ZenoHosp People app integrates with standard biometric and RFID punch systems. Data is synced in real-time, allowing HR to monitor late arrivals, early departures, and unauthorized absences.

For nurses and doctors, Shift Rostering allows department heads to map complex rotating shifts (e.g., Morning, Evening, Night) to ensure 24/7 hospital coverage.

Leave Management

Employees can apply for leaves through their self-service portal. The system supports various leave types configurable by HR:

• Privilege Leave (PL) / Earned Leave (EL): Usually accrued monthly.
• Casual Leave (CL) & Sick Leave (SL): For emergencies and medical reasons.
• Maternity/Paternity Leave: Statutory long-term leaves.
• Loss of Pay (LOP): Applied when an employee runs out of their paid leave balance. This directly reduces their monthly salary during payroll processing.

Approval Workflows

Leave requests are automatically routed to the employee's assigned Reporting Manager for approval, ensuring staffing levels remain adequate before time off is granted.
