Global Settings

Configure hospital-wide defaults, integrations, and system parameters. Restricted to Administrators only.

Hospital Branding & Profile

Ensure your hospital's Name, Address, Contact, and Registration Number are correctly filled out.

You can also upload your Hospital Logo here. This information and logo are pulled automatically when printing physical documents like Invoices, Prescriptions, Lab Reports, and Discharge Summaries.

General Settings (Module Toggles)

Your hospital may not need every feature on day one. The General Settings page allows Administrators to enable or disable entire modules across the hospital.

Disabling a module only hides it from the sidebar for all staff members—any existing data and API endpoints remain safely preserved. Common modules you can toggle include:

  • Ambulance: Enables ambulance booking, tracking status, and automated billing.
  • Radiology: Shows the imaging queue and radiology reports module for X-Rays and MRI scans.
  • Health Checkups: Enables packaged health-checkup bookings in the sidebar.
  • Blood Bank: Turns on blood stock tracking and cross-matching requests.
  • IPD Management: Enables room allocation, room logs, and inpatient admissions.

Hospital Infrastructure Master

The Infrastructure Master is where administrators define the physical layout of the hospital. This structural data is shared across multiple modules.

  • Blocks & Floors: Define the main buildings (e.g., Main Block, Outpatient Wing) and their respective floors.
  • Wards & Rooms: Create specific wards (General, ICU, Private) and assign individual rooms or beds to them.
  • Operating Theatres (OT): OTs created here are automatically mapped and synced to the ot.zenohosp.com module for surgical scheduling.
  • Stores & Inventory: Store rooms defined here are linked directly to the inventory.zenohosp.com module to track physical stock locations.

Patient Services (Automated Billing)

This section allows administrators to configure recurring services, such as daily meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) or daily registration charges, that should be billed to admitted patients automatically without manual entry.

  • Service Name & Type: Define the service (e.g., Breakfast, Food).
  • Charge Time: Set a specific time of delivery (e.g., 08:00 AM). When this exact time is reached, the system automatically posts the Price per meal directly into the active Folios of all IPD patients.
  • Automation Toggle: The "Active" switch dictates whether this recurring charge is automatically applied or paused globally.

Integrations

1. SMS Gateway

Configure your Twilio or MSG91 API keys here to enable automated SMS alerts for:

  • Appointment Confirmations
  • Patient Portal Password Generation
  • Lab Report Ready Alerts

2. Payment Gateways

If you use the Patient Portal for online booking, you must configure your Razorpay or Stripe credentials here to accept online payments securely.

Data Backups

ZenoHosp operates securely in the cloud with automated daily backups. However, for internal compliance, Administrators can trigger a manual Database Export from this tab to download a secure, encrypted copy of all patient and financial records.
