Overview KPIs

At the top of the dashboard, you will find key performance indicators (KPIs) giving you a snapshot of your day:

• Total Patients: Number of patients registered today and month-over-month comparisons.
• Doctors: Currently active staff on shift.
• Revenue Collected: Real-time tracking of OPD and IPD payments received today, along with outstanding balances.
• IPD Admissions: Number of patients currently admitted to wards.

Analytical Charts

The dashboard includes interactive charts to help visualize trends:

• Patient Registrations: A 30-day line chart showing daily new patient sign-ups.
• Revenue Overview: A 6-month bar chart comparing paid revenue versus outstanding claims.
• Appointments: A donut chart breaking down appointment statuses (Scheduled, Completed, Cancelled).

Note: Doctors and Receptionists will see a modified version of this dashboard tailored to their specific roles, hiding financial revenue if they do not have permissions.
