Integration with HMS

The Asset module pulls physical location data directly from the HMS Infrastructure Master. You do not need to re-create Wards, Floors, or OT Rooms here.

Allocating Equipment

Knowing what you own is only half the battle; knowing where it is located is equally important.

1. Navigate to Room Allocation and select a location (e.g., "ICU Bed 4").
2. Click Map Asset.
3. Search for the specific Asset Code (e.g., MON-003).

By mapping assets to specific rooms, nurses and technicians can instantly locate vital equipment during emergencies, and auditors can perform room-by-room physical checks efficiently.
