Key Metrics

The dashboard gives a real-time overview of your daily performance:

• Today's Bills & Revenue: Shows the total number of dispensing records processed today and the total revenue collected, including GST.
• Expiry Alerts: Highlights batches of medicine that are expiring within the next 30 days. Clicking this card directs you to the Stock Dashboard to manage these soon-to-expire drugs.
• Low Stock: Flags drugs that have fallen below their configured reorder level, prompting a restock request to the main Inventory module.

Today's Transactions

A rolling ledger of all sales made today. From here, you can quickly jump into the POS to "Start a sale" or click "Full Ledger" to see historical transactions across all dates.
